Do I need to install anything?
A single Storm Books file (HTML), delivered instantly. There is nothing to install and no sign-up.
Does it sync between devices?
Data is saved in the browser on the device you use. It does not sync between devices. Download a backup regularly from Settings. To move to another computer, copy the file and restore your backup there.
What does it run on?
Works on Windows, Mac and Chromebook in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. It also works on phones and tablets.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay $199 once and the app is yours to keep. There are no monthly fees and no online account.
Can I get a refund?
Because it is a digital download, returns aren't accepted. Message us with any questions before or after you buy.
Does it connect to my bank?
Bank statements are imported from CSV files you download from your bank. There is no live bank connection.
Is it tax advice?
Storm Books helps you keep your records and prepare for your tax return. It is not tax advice. Check with your accountant and file using your tax authority's own forms.
