Do I need to install anything?
A single Storm Rentals file (HTML), delivered instantly. There is nothing to install and no sign-up.
Does it sync between devices?
Data is saved in the browser on the computer you use. It does not sync between devices. Export a backup regularly from Settings. To move to another computer, copy the file and restore your backup there.
What does it run on?
Works on Windows, Mac and Chromebook in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. It also opens on phones and tablets.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay $99 once and the app is yours to keep. There are no monthly fees and no online account.
I own the earlier version. Will my data carry over?
Open the new file in the same browser and all your properties, tenants, leases and payments are brought across automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Because it is a digital download, returns aren't accepted. Message us with any questions before or after you buy.
