Do I need to install anything?
A single Storm Electrical file (HTML), delivered instantly. There is nothing to install and no sign-up.
Does it sync between devices?
Data is saved in the browser on the device you use. It does not sync between devices. Download a backup regularly from Settings. To move to another computer, copy the file and restore your backup there.
What does it run on?
Works on Windows, Mac and Chromebook in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. It also works on phones and tablets.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay $199 once and the app is yours to keep. There are no monthly fees and no online account.
Can I get a refund?
Because it is a digital download, returns aren't accepted. Message us with any questions before or after you buy.
Are the certificates official forms?
Certificates follow the general layout used in each country. Where your regulator requires an official form, use it; this record supports it. Always work to your local electrical code. Calculator results are estimates. Check them against your local code and the manufacturer.
